As a member, you will also have access to download all the lifts in Video format. I will demonstrate each lift and explain the importance of that lift and how it will benefit you in your Training.
As a member, you will have access to download Drills in Video format. I will Video all the drills for each and every event and explain what they're for and how they will benefit you in your training.
Membership Cost: $150.00 for the first three months. $60.00 per month thereafter.
